I met these cute kids last night at The Blue Manatee while I played a bit of music during the Give Back Block Party for ProKids on Kid's Row in the Oakley neighborhood of Cincinnati. While these two are happy and healthy and LOVED by their mom, ProKids is a wonderful organization whose mission it is to help impoverished and neglected children:
ProKids trains volunteers to become Court Appointed Special Adovcates. These volunteers are assigned to a foster child, making sure that the child's needs are met, that they are safe, and helping each child move into a safe, permanent, and nurturing home.
