April Eight is the fairy child of musician April Combs of Honneycombs. One evening while April was all snuggled up with her dear little daughter, a band of pixies came marching right across the pages of the book they were reading. April wondered what this band might sound like and, of course, it came right to her! She could hear their silly, wild and sweet songs in her head. Why the very moment April put pen to paper and hand to strings, new songs came pouring out.

Oh how thrilling it was for April to discover a whole new world to write songs about! What a fantastic new realm of imagination she had to play with and explore. And now to think, she gets to share all of her children's songs with you. Wonderful you. April can't imagine anything she likes better than that. Its like chocolate, sunshine and kisses all rolled into one - Hurray!

April has been a musician for what might, to some, seem like a long time. She wears fancy dresses and plays on stages all over the world. She has even been on MTV. Making music is her favorite thing to do in the whole world. She thinks following your dreams is the best thing anyone can do for themselves. Besides listening to fairy and goblin music. And dancing around. And laughing. But besides that, following your dreams is on the other top of the list.
